1 x Brand New Remanufactured Blakeslee,

Gearbox Clutch Dog.

This Clutch Dog will fit the following models

A505, A515, A707 & A717 (5QT & 7QT)

Normally when a planetary stops turning during mixing,

this can be narrowed down to either the clutch dog threads stripping, broken planetary orbit cog or

the Drive Pinion Assembly gear has a hairline crack, causing it to slip.

This re-manufactured Clutch Dog is made from a high quality Zinc Alloy,

just like the original Clutch Dog.

The Zinc alloy dog is designed to shear should the mixer be overloaded.

Using a stronger steel type, will result in gearbox damage due to the dog not shearing.

This part can easily be installed onto your broken gearbox,

to give a new life to your mixer.

Mechanical Skills are required.

I Recommend this part should only be fitted by a qualified competent person.
