Brand New Clutch Dog with a Brand New Thermoplastic Drive Pinion

Normally when a planetary stops turning during mixing,this can be narrowed down to either the clutch dog threads stripping,

broken planetary orbit cog or
the Drive Pinion Assembly gear has a hairline crack, causing it to slip.

The Clutch Dog has been re-manufactured from a High Quality Cast Zinc Alloy.

This re-manufactured Drive Pinion is made from high quality Stainless Steel,
with a POM plastic gear.
POM, otherwise known as Polyoxymethylene plastic or Delrin®
also known as acetal, polyacetal and polyformaldehyde,
This is an engineering thermoplastic used in precision parts that require high stiffness,
low friction and excellent dimensional stability.These parts can easily be installed into your broken gearbox,
to give a new life to your mixer.Mechanical Skills are required.
